Just had a visit from this company who were most professional. Conway was able to advise that we are likely to be eligible for the free government scheme that pays for the installation and equipment to increase our truly pathetic broadband speeds. Everything was explained in a very transparent way and although we are not a “standard” type house, Conway was able to present solutions to increasing our speed and range.

Our broadband was non-existent, Conway and Andrew had sorted our neighbour out so we thought we’d better do the same thing, paid for by the Government as well- made a nice change to have something free.

Freeview was breaking up on our holiday cottage TV so I called Andrew to help.  He came out straight away and fitted a new Freesat box, which gave us a few more channels and resulted in happy guests. Thanks so much.

We contacted CS Cymru due to our poor broadband speeds.  Kids not able to carry out their schoolwork properly.  They came out as prearranged, gave us great advice on the location of the antenna as the Mrs did not want the small antenna on the front of the house. Within a week we had a great broadband connection, they even installed wifi in our sheep sheds enabling us to monitor the flock from the house during lambing. All in all great service, along with super communication.  Thoroughly recommend Andrew & Conway.

Absolutely fantastic service! Conway and Andrew were super speedy and efficient. Conway did all the paperwork for the grant and all we had to do is sign a few pieces of paper, forward on a couple of emails and buy an unlimited data sim card through 3. The grant got paid directly to them so we didn’t have to give any of our bank details or pay a penny out of our pocket for their service. We had no internet in our new home and now we’ve got the best speed we’ve ever had in any previous home. Can not recommend them enough!!! Thank you both!

Nothing is too much trouble for these boys. They came and carried out a free site survey, assisted with the grant paperwork and within 8 weeks we had great broadband. Its free you don’t get much for nothing these days! VERY covid aware, masks and gel used all the time.
