We offer a professional installation service starting with a free, no obligation site survey to verify that your location is suitable for 4G broadband. This will also enable us to confirm which service provider would offer you the best and most reliable connection.

As we are not affiliated to any particular service provider, you can be sure that our advice is truly impartial and unbiased. In order to avoid signal degradation, we use a system which allows us complete freedom over the distance from the antenna to the router, unlike some other systems which suffer from speed loss if the cable length is beyond 5 metres. This enables us to optimise the position of the antenna
both aesthetically and from a signal perspective.

Who we are

Andrew Hornung has 28 years experience in the communication, aerial and satellite industry and has installed thousands of TV aerial and satellite systems in the Brecon and surrounding areas during that time and approaching 500 4G broadband systems.

Conway Staley has in excess of 30 years experience in the consumer electronics industry firstly at Bulwark Radio Brecon and later with LG Electronics.

They pooled their many years of joint experience to form Communication Services Cymru and aim to continue providing forward facing customer service.

I can’t recommend CS Cymru’s services highly enough. After living just north of Brecon in a rural location without wifi for nearly a year, these guys came along and set me up with a speedy connection in no time at all. They even make the application to Welsh Government for funding super straightforward (speaking as someone who tries to avoid form-filling at all costs). I met Conway in his van halfway up Hatterall Hill in the Llanthony Valley. He connected his Starlink and my phone registered a speed of 106 mbs. Shortly after he and Andrew efficiently and entertainingly installed Starlink at our house in the valley and later added a mesh system. They helped us apply for a government grant and their charges were very reasonable. They kept in touch regularly and were punctual and tidy. We now have unlimited data and excellent speeds throughout the house enabling us to stream TV for the first time.

Would highly recommend Andrew and Conway, they give a very fast and extremely efficient service, which I find rare these days. They go above and beyond helping you and I found the whole process of installing broadband very easy indeed because of them. This was also all covered by the Government scheme which I’m so grateful for.
