We were on satellite broadband with huge running costs and not much internet speed or data for our money. We paid the price difference for a bigger antenna to get a stable signal but that was our only cost apart from the monthly charge for broadband. The service was excellent, and they made the process easy. I would highly recommend this company.

The wifi within our home was patchy and rather poor.  Andrew called out and fitted two additional wifi boxes and we now have strong WIFI throughout our home.  He was extremely neat and tidy and the work carried out to a very high standard.

We’re new to this area and hadn’t appreciated that the broadband could be so slow.

Conway and Andrew were recommended by our neighbours so we booked an appointment for them to arrange a free site survey in conjunction with the Welsh Government ABC scheme. To be honest we hadn’t heard anything about the grant scheme until being made aware of it by our neighbours

They arrived on time and were very conscious of the Covid rules.

The process of the ABC scheme was fully explained to us, the grant was applied for and within 6 weeks we had reliable broadband.  We highly recommend CS CYMRU for their first-class communication along with the high standard of work.

With such poor broadband, several people promoted 4G to us. Luckily Conway and Andrew stepped in and gave us the honest opinion we needed… 4G wouldn’t work where we are. However, they stayed in touch and, when the Starlink (satellite) solution became available, they thought of us and helped with the Broadband Wales grant application process. A short while later, we have broadband speed we never thought we would see, through a very neatly installed dish and router. Conway and Andrew are friendly, helpful and are around if we need support. Highly recommend CSCymru.

Just had a survey carried out by Conway. We are new to the area and have no broadband. Conway was brilliant at explaining the Welsh Government grant scheme, they fill out the form for you, all hassle free and straight forward. I highly recommend CS Cymru. Fantastic service, they go above and beyond to help. We now have great WiFi coverage throughout our bungalow and we can finally turn off all the boosters we had dotted in every room, yay! The kids are very happy too, no more moaning how long it takes to download updates on the PS4 😊
