We needed wifi in the lambing shed and so called these guys to come along and look at putting wifi from the farmhouse to the lambing sheds. They called within a few days.

The job was fully explained, and an estimate was given before they left.

The work was carried out to a high standard and has changed our lives and we don’t have to get up every hour and walk to the sheds.  We can now look at the cameras instead!

With such poor broadband, several people promoted 4G to us. Luckily Conway and Andrew stepped in and gave us the honest opinion we needed… 4G wouldn’t work where we are. However, they stayed in touch and, when the Starlink (satellite) solution became available, they thought of us and helped with the Broadband Wales grant application process. A short while later, we have broadband speed we never thought we would see, through a very neatly installed dish and router. Conway and Andrew are friendly, helpful and are around if we need support. Would highly recommend Andrew and Conway, they give a very fast and extremely efficient service, which I find rare these days. They go above and beyond helping you and I found the whole process of installing broadband very easy indeed because of them. This was also all covered by the Government scheme which I’m so grateful for.

Our broadband was non-existent, Conway and Andrew had sorted our neighbour out so we thought we’d better do the same thing, paid for by the Government as well- made a nice change to have something free.

I met Conway in his van halfway up Hatterall Hill in the Llanthony Valley. He connected his Starlink and my phone registered a speed of 106 mbs. Shortly after he and Andrew efficiently and entertainingly installed Starlink at our house in the valley and later added a mesh system. They helped us apply for a government grant and their charges were very reasonable. They kept in touch regularly and were punctual and tidy. We now have unlimited data and excellent speeds throughout the house enabling us to stream TV for the first time.

We’re new to this area and hadn’t appreciated that the broadband could be so slow.

Conway and Andrew were recommended by our neighbours so we booked an appointment for them to arrange a free site survey in conjunction with the Welsh Government ABC scheme. To be honest we hadn’t heard anything about the grant scheme until being made aware of it by our neighbours

They arrived on time and were very conscious of the Covid rules.

The process of the ABC scheme was fully explained to us, the grant was applied for and within 6 weeks we had reliable broadband.  We highly recommend CS CYMRU for their first-class communication along with the high standard of work.
